畢業于中國科學院上海光學精密機械研究所，主要研究方向為光學晶體材料，在國內外期刊發表論文近百篇。先后獲得省部級獎項三項，中科院青年創新促進會“優秀會員”榮譽稱號，現任中國光學學會光學材料專委會秘書長，中國稀土學會晶體材料分會、中國硅酸鹽協會涂膜分會等委員/理事。
Dr Qi Hongji is the chairman of Fujia Gallium Technology Co.Ltd. He graduated from Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and his research area was Optical Crystal Materials. Dr Qi has published about 100 papers in both international and national journals and he has won 3 prizes at the provincial level or above. In 2017, Dr Qi was awarded the honorary title of Outstanding Member of the Youth Innovation Promotion Association of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Dr Qi is the Secretary General of optical materials Committee of China Optical, and he is the member of crystal materials branch of the Chinese Society of Rare Earth and the member of coating branch of the Chinese Ceramic Society.
