Mouse G-CSF MAb (Clone 67604R)（貨號 MAB414R）
G-CSF is a pleiotropic cytokine known for its specific effects on the proliferation, differentiation and activation of neutrophil lineage hematopoietic cells. It is mainly produced by activation of endotoxin, TNF-α and IFN-γ by monocytes and macrophages, or by LPS, IL-1 or by fibroblasts, endothelial cells, astrocytes and bone marrow stromal cells. TNF-α is secreted after activation.
Human G-CSF has 73% homology with murine G-CSF at the amino acid level, and both proteins have species cross-reactivity. In vitro, G-CSF stimulates cell growth, differentiation and function of the neutrophil lineage. Consistent with its in vitro function, G-CSF has been found to play an important role in protecting against infection, inflammation, and maintaining steady-state hematopoietic capacity. Recombinant human G-CSF has been approved to improve chemotherapy-induced neutropenia and severe chronic neutropenia after bone marrow transplantation.
